Happy New Year card....

Lately I've been inspired to 'counterfeit' cards I've come across on Pinterest. You can read about it on my other blog here: http://kaleidoscopecreations.blogspot.com/2015/08/counterfeit-cards.html 

This one I came across in PaperCrafts Holiday Cards & More vol 7 and immediately thought of my cityscape stamp set. It is not quite the width of the card so I just repeated a small bit of it near the end.

Christmas and New Year cards

I apologize for not having great 'studio' pics. 1. I'm not that good at taking them and 2. I'm usually in a hurry to get the pic before sending them off.

I used a Sakura stardust pen to trace 'happy' and fill in Christmas then went over it with a Sakura glaze pen to deepen the color.

The front is embossed with a folder which I then went over with stardust pens.

Again, on the inside, I traced over the 'happy' and filled in 'new year' with stardust pens.
